1. General

These terms apply to all orders through Helmosan, operated by SC2 Trading B.V. in Hippolytushoef, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 57616868, VAT number NL852659763B01).

2. Products

All products are intended for the normal care routine of horses. We strive to display product information as accurately as possible. Colours, packaging and images may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros. Consumer prices include VAT; only verified business accounts see business prices excluding VAT. Applicable VAT, discounts, shipping and the final total are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Buckaroo.

You can pay with iDEAL or Bancontact.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. You choose only the destination; a delivery day or time window cannot be selected.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may generally withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; diminished value may be charged for further use. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return it. Direct return costs are yours, except for defects or incorrect delivery. Statutory exceptions apply only when clearly disclosed in advance.

6. Liability

The information on this website is general and belongs to normal care. Contact your veterinarian if you have concerns about your horse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Helmosan and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected. Disputes are submitted to the court competent under applicable law.

Withdrawal from an online purchase

Consumers may digitally withdraw from an online contract within the applicable withdrawal period. An account is not required. After final confirmation, we record the date and time and immediately send a receipt confirmation. Wait for any return instructions after submitting.
