This page explains where we deliver, how shipping costs are calculated and when your order is processed. Current options and the final amount are always shown in the cart and checkout before payment.

Processing time
We normally process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. The carrier then handles delivery. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.
Shipping cost calculation
The cart and checkout calculate the cost using the destination country, the combined product weight, the available delivery option and the order value. You see the final amount before payment.
Free shipping
The standard free-shipping threshold is €100.00 in products. Checkout shows whether it applies to your destination and available delivery option.
Delivery and pickup points
For addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium, after entering a valid address and where supported by the carrier, you can choose delivery to the address, a pickup point or a parcel locker. You do not choose a delivery day or time slot. Checkout shows the available option for other countries.
Exceptions and delays
Availability depends on destination, postcode, weight and carrier. Contact us if checkout shows no price or option. Public holidays, carrier disruption and customs may delay delivery. Authorities or carriers may apply additional import formalities and charges for the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
